Refund and Returns Policy

Customer satisfaction is our first priority with all category items of fitnessgearsbd.com. In the unlikely event that you receive any damaged or defective items or wrong products, please contact our support team, and we will get this arranged for you as early as possible.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate and complete your return, simply contact our support team by facebook messenger or whatsapp or by sending us an email. Explain what has gone wrong, and we will fix it as soon as possible.

  1. If you have issues regarding size mismatch, we will send an exchange parcel to you using Steadfast Courier Bangladesh. Courier Charge must be paid by the customer. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the customer in full, including the shipping charge, to the customer within 7 days.
  2. If you have received a defective item, we will send an exchange parcel to you using Steadfast Courier Bangladesh. In this case, we will pay the Courier Charge. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the customer in full, including the shipping charge, to the customer within 7 days.
  3. If the product is not as advertised, check and reject the delivery. And the advance payment will be refunded.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or Bkash account again.

Sale items

Sale items will also be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, let us know, and we will send an exchange parcel to you using Steadfast Courier Bangladesh.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

  • To return your product, you should mail your product to A.J.R Transport Agency, Bogra Office, Gohail Road, Sutrapur (Machine Potty), Bogra.

YWE will pay for returning your item. Shipping costs will be paid by us if the product is defective or not as advertised. You will receive a full refund; the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund in this case.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but will not exceed 7 days.
